Petersen, Vincent A.
Vince is an aggressive litigator with over a decade of litigation experience. He has represented clients at all levels of litigation both injured claimants and injured employees. Immediately following law school, Vince worked as a defense lawyer, representing insurance companies. He understands the defense practice and this knowledge has empowered his work representing injured clients.
He has successfully represented thousands of clients and won the majority of his Hearings against insurance companies, costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Vince’s interests include spending time with his wife and two young children, hunting, fishing and going to their cabin on weekends.
